Carleton Sheets
With
the exception of Carleton Sheets, most of the infomercial gurus
are gone from television on late nights and weekends. Don Lapre,
Brad Richdale, Kevin Trudeau, and John Polk retired either temporarily
or permanently. Not Carleton Sheets.....
Carleton Sheets is the only one still going... There's a good
reason !
Carleton
Sheets believes that the main reason is that real estate is probably
the only way for the 'average Joe' to get rich these days .
Yeah,
I know... you can start a software company (Microsoft)... you
can have a school friend who knows software and you provide the
business end of it (Sun Microsystems) ... you can invest in companies
that have a particular 'new niche' in the marketplace and their
stock skyrockets when the product catches on (Cisco)... or you
can buy a company that is in terrible shape and when the turnaround
wizard finally gets things moving again it mushrooms in value
(Apple Computer)... Or... maybe you are Tiger Woods, and have
a heckuva golf game..... OR you could invest and build a fortune
with Carleton Sheets... as an average person...
Remember,
I said the 'average Joe' or Jane if you like. Ownership is not
restricted to either sex. The average person who has little specialized
training and yet has a lot of ambition and desire and is willing
to work hard does not have a lot of choices. For that person,
real estate is 'it'. I know, I've been there. Several years ago
I owned about $10 million of the stuff. It may be a pain in the
rear collecting all those rents... but the money is always green!
Carleton Sheets knows about green money...
Carleton
Sheets' program is to buy with little or nothing down. What he
doesn't tell you is that it's not easy or a 'piece of cake' to
buy a property with nothing down..
But,
if you asked Carleton Sheets, he would tell you that if you are
persistent and go through the agony of finding that first property...
once you have the ownership to a property... no matter how insignificant...
you are on your way. You can leverage that ownership into other
properties and soon you may be the largest property owner in
your city. The banks will love you because you are a 'secured
borrower' and that makes all the difference in the world. Carleton
Sheets program will help you to do this..
Remember,
' persistence' is much more important in this life than all the
education in the world or having money or connections or whatever.
A very rich guy once said when asked about the most important
thing in his success: " Persistence" There are hundreds
of stories about successful people... they all point to persistence.
No,
you're right it is not easy ! ... But it can be done. I once
talked to a woman who did it. She owned over 100 houses around
Las Vegas, Nevada. Even with a cash flow of $100 a month... that's
$10,000 a month or $120,000 a year. What do you think it would
be if the mortgages were paid off... which they will be before
you retire. Probably over a million dollars a year...You won't
need Social security.
Carleton
Sheets was a successful real estate investor who wrote down all
his ideas, created a real estate system and sells the program
on Television. His infomercial is currently the longest running
money making infomercial of its kind. That was a smart move since
one of the drawbacks of real estate is that while the value is
going up every day and your net worth is building... there is
not a lot of cash income at the outset. So you really need to
generate income to start with as well as invest in real estate.
In other words 'Don't quit your day job'... at least until you
get enough cash flow to sustain yourself while reading Carleton
Sheets material.
Carleton
Sheets' system involving 'no money down' means one thing... You
aren't going to buy Rockefeller Center on your first time out.
The properties you will find available are going to be in the
more marginal locations. This means that you will be faced with
questionable tenants. You also will not find many assumable loans
as you once did... which makes your job just that much harder.
But *hang in there* you'll be glad you did.
Remember,
we are talking about your future net worth. When you end up a
millionaire
and are one of the 5% of the folks
in the U.S. who does not need Social Security
to
survive... you will thank Carleton Sheets.
Carleton
Sheets also sells an expensive "Seminar" which is where
he makes a lot more profit. If you are not a self-starter, you
might want to consider a seminar. If you can focus on your goal...
you probably don't need it, but if not... you may want to get
the information from Carleton Sheets...
