Business Opportunities
There
are hundreds and hundreds of business opportunities available,
form the local 'mom and pop' grocery store to the designer clothes
business generally run out of the swank Parisian Salons.
You
can start your own business with your own hot idea or you can
follow along with someone elses idea and improve on it in some
way exclusively your own. Interestingly enough, the world's wealthiest
guy, Bill Gates, did not invent his own product, but picked up
on someone elses product... improved it... and marketed the product
through IBM. Such a simple approach... but he was the first when
no one else saw the tremendous opportunity the Personal Computer
was creating.
If
you have a subject that you are knowledgeable in... you can give
seminars on the subject and do quite well. I know a guy that
picks up $50,000 to $60,000 for three days work in this field.
If you are a politician, you do it all the time.
Some
seminar givers are doing it on the internet... not a bad idea
if you have a particular expertise... Some internet gurus are
putting up internet Malls for marketing products... see my editorial
on Malls.
Entrepreneur
magazines abound with every kind of gimmick you can imagine.
Franchises
are a dime a dozen... You can be very successful with some of
them and buy a real bomb with others...
